I awarded Legacy Roofing the contract to replace my roof despite their bid being almost $1,000 more than the competition. I did so because the man they sent to bid on the job (Joe St. George ) was personable and earned my trust. Huge mistake. They insisted on completing the job in one day which meant working well into the night. I awoke to find handfuls upon handfuls upon handfuls of nails and staples strewn throughout my gravel driveway and even on the concrete pad literally underneath my car's tires. When they returned the next day to pick up the trailer, they supposedly ran a magnet, but yet I continued to pick up more nails with every step. They sent another guy back with a magnet and he removed dozens and dozens more nails and staples. I suggested he scour the roof for more as the wind continued to blow nails onto the pad where I park my car. He subsequently removed another few handfuls of nails. Despite three attempts to clean the mess they left I still continue to find the occasional nail, not to mention pieces of shingles they never bothered to remove.

Excellent quality and communication. From the initial inspection and throughout the project process. I appreciated that they did not try to oversell me. The daily supervisor reports were also extremely helpful and reflected good quality control. The crew was friendly and cleaned up well at the end of each day. I received the warrant documentation immediately upon job completion. I don’t believe I will have to replace my roof again in the next 30 years but if I did I would absolutely choose Legacy Roofing.

Legacy Roofing has been an amazing company to work with and did an outstanding job for us! We were in a pinch (as I am sure most people are when they finally need to call a roofing company!) and needed an entirely new roof. Our 1987 roof finally failed, while we were away, and leaked, damaging a room upstairs, as well as the Kitchen downstairs.Even though we were in the bidding process, Drew came out immediately and performed an inspection and made temporary repairs, to protect us against the next storm (which arrived that night). There was no expectation to get the business, attached to this action, but they were also priced the most competitively, so we moved forward with Legacy Roofing.Drew was available EVERY step of the way, talking us through options, helping us make some very critical decisions, that did not benefit him/legacy in any way.The crew onsite was respectful, courteous and clean. I believe a big part of that was that none of the work was subbed out, it was all controlled in house. Mario even showed up on the weekend with his son, to walk the property and look for debris and nails that may have skipped the teams attention in cleanup. This was only half way through the job, but they wanted to stay on top of it.At the jobs conclusion, the walk through was thorough and the follow up work was performed quickly. During the next storm, we noticed water in the kitchen. Worried, we texted Drew directly and he was out our house and on the roof within 45 minutes! It was a crack in the skylight, which he sealed for us - GREAT!All in all, I cannot recommend Drew and the Team at Legacy Roofing enough. They go above and beyond to provide an excellent quality product, at a fair price, with unmatched service, communication and follow up.I took the time to write this review, because in a time when all we seem to see are complaints, I wanted to recognize someone that truly values what he does, and I can say that he and his team are excellent at it. Our 1987 original tile roof finally gave out during the 20 year rain at the end of September. Naturally, we returned back from being out of town to interior property damage and an insurance claim. We met with four roofing contractors, and by far Legacy Roofing was the most proactive and offered us the best financing plans and installation options. Drew Z. was above and beyond helping to communicate with our insurance carrier, structural engineer and forensic enginer and while the insurance company would not cover the damage on our old roof, they did not cancel us due to Legacy working on a swift FULL replacement. We even upgraded to radiant barrier to keep our attic space cooler! The crew worked diligently, even in the rain, and took extra care to touch up the areas of our flat roof, skylight and gutters. They thoughtfully reinstalled our bird proofing and the peace of mind we gained this holiday season is really priceless. I want to truly thank the entire legacy team, Tyler, Travis, Drew, Cristy, Super Mario and the crew for taking care of our family. I might be bias, but I think we have the best looking roof in the neighborhood now!

Tyler (project manager) was awesome, came out to check out the roof to see what caps he needed. I asked if they could get it scheduled soon bc the rain and he came back 2 hours later and installed them! Great customer service all around and prompt replys, every single other roofing company didn't even call back or respond to my messages. Still haven't, but Legacy's quality folks.

Recently I noticed some water leakage in my home office and called Legacy Roofing for a free estimate. Frank came and gave me a thorough inspection and on the same day issued an estimated cost for repair. A week later Legacy sent out two roofing technicians who spent several hours fixing the leak and 10 square feet around it, removed the clay tile, removed and replaced the underlayment with a better product, replaced the tiles, checked all the joints and tiles and completed a full roof inspection. A few hours later, Legacy's quality assurance inspector came out and did a thorough inspection of the work done. All good! I particularly liked the fact that they sent a QA person out to be sure the work was done to their standards. I'd definitely use them again.

My 10 yr warranty on my legacy roof was expiring in April. I decided to have them come out to assess my roof for any problems which could occur after the warranty runs out. Professionalism was evident throughout the whole process. The front office quickly set up my appointment, Frank came out and gave a thorough evaluation of my roof, and the two technicians completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Frank wasn't only on time but arrived early. He was friendly, got to the inspection right away, took pics of the general roof as well as those of a couple of minor issues. The roof was not in need of repairs, so no estimates were needed. I appreciated his honesty, there was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. It is too often that companies try to upsell and overcharge you, Legacy is not one of them. I definitely recommend them.

After getting the estimate and sales presentation from a company that specializes in metal roofing (the subject of another Google review of mine), I was dismayed that I had found someone who seemed very qualified to do the job right, but for an astronomical price tag. I spent some time after that thinking that this was just going to be an unattainable dream.But eventually, I decided to drive around in Prescott, take pictures of roofs that looked well-built (based on practices I had learned in this prior presentation) and try to find out who had installed them. I discovered from one of them that the roofer was Legacy Roofing, and at another site, I found a metal roofing job actually in-progress and was able to speak with a knowledgeable employee working there (Aaron, who I later discovered has been with the company over 20 years). He confirmed that they used the same installation methods for a "standing-seam" metal roof that I was looking for, gave me a card, and told me to contact the owner of Legacy who would get me a great metal roof at a reasonable price.Indeed, I met with Toby Ebarb, found out actually that a third metal roof installation in my area (which I had admired but couldn't find out who had installed it) was also one of theirs, and got an estimate for one for our house that came in at around 2/3 of the "special discount price" quoted by the other company rep I had talked to.We accepted the quote and the job (which in all took nearly 3 weeks including some holidays - this spanned Christmas) was completed near the end of '24. It looks fantastic! I also, having now seen the work that went into the installation, have a new appreciation for some of the price difference between this and an asphalt-shingle roof.While we have yet to have any significant rain to test it, I am confident that it will hold up well (but that if there any issues, they will act promptly to correct them, as they worked with me on minor things I needed addressed without nickle-and-diming me to do such as painting some existing metal trim around the bottom of house siding where it came into contact with the new roof).I am very happy with our new roof and with the work done by the Legacy team!

After interviewing three roofing contractors, two of which were commercial and one residential roofers, we chose to award the job too LEGACY ROOFING for a full replacement and couldn't be happier with our choice!From their sales rep/estimator, to their controller, ALL of their employees that we encountered in person, via email or phone, answered all our questions in a timely manner and they had no problem at all providing all coverages of insurances.Upon Tony Begay's arrival I shared my concerns with him regarding the 140 plus degree temperatures in our attic during the summer months and needing to get the temperatures down to offer some relief to our HVAC system in the attic. Tony's response was, “I'd like to go up on the roof, measure then take some photos and after that, take a peek in the attic, then He and I could talk because proper air flow is kind of a science”.After Tony finished taking photos, measuring and accessing our roof and attic, he had a comprehensive plan to cool the attic down and explained it in great detail that made perfect logical sense, where the other two companies failed miserably, not only with venting solutions but with material availability in our area as well. Tony provided us a proposal within 2 days and we signed. Each phase of the job was inspected by a supervisor up until the job was finished.We received a 25 year warranty on the material and peace of mind that didn't break the bank. In fact, there was enough funds left over to have them install 2 solar tunnels to bring more natural light into our home,Finally, a sales representative that understands the customers needs and delivered. Leak around vent appears to be repaired and I assume the rest of work was completed. I haven’t received an invoice yet but the estimate of $3200 appears excessive since it only took 2 hours for 2 workers to complete the job. I’m pleased with the fast response and all but if the final invoice is anywhere close to the estimate I will probably look elsewhere if I need roof repair's in the future.

I have been trying for 6 or 7 years to fix a leak in one of my scuppers. I've had another local roofer look at it, he put down one coat of silicone seal, It helped for a couple of months and then the leak returned. I also tried a number of "homeowner" fixes, but to no avail.Enter Legacy Roofing, the estimator proposed a mesh lining imbedded in silicone and gave me a quote that I accepted. When the installer came out, he cleaned out one of the scuppers and found that it was not installed properly and not up to code. He proposed remaking the scupper with metal and having an enclosed 4 sided scupper. My prior scuppers were concrete and u-shaped, not fully enclosed. Legacy remade 5 of my 7 scuppers, flashed them in and made new collection boxes. In addition they power washed my flat roofs and resealed them with silicone.Their solution worked perfectly. There are no more leaks and I am confident that the problem is permanently fixed.Dan and Justine did amazing work. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Aaron did amazing metal work on the scuppers and collection boxes. They all treated our job as though it was their own house.My wife and I are totally pleased with every aspect from quoting to the final install. You won't go wrong if you go with Legacy Roofing
